Sieben junge Musiker, aus Frankreich, Spanien, Dänemark, USA und Deutschland, welche schon seit Jahren die Swing-Szene Berlins in Clubs, auf der Straße und Tanzveranstaltungen aufwirbeln, bilden die Band “Dizzybirds”. Das Repertoire, orientiert an der Musik New Orleans aus den 1920er Jahren, wird mit einer unvergleichlichen Leidenschaft und Energie dargeboten und sollte jeden dazu bringen den Charleston oder LindyHop zu tanzen!

Band:

1.Trumpet: Dr. Jonas Müller, Denmark, international recogniced Piano player, Accordeon and Trumpet. This incredibly musician is able to impress the audience (and the other musicians) in almost any style of music.

2.Trumpet: Frank "Daddy P", France, mainly active in the french modern Jazz Scene, with his project "Pulse", since in Berlin fascinated of old Hot Jazz and Bass Player at "ShoeSwing Stringers".

Clarinet: Laurent Humeau, France, one if the most talented musicians in Berlins Swing Scene, former clarinet player of "Old Fish Jazzband" and guitar-speed-virtuos on the gypsy guitar in "Djangolassi".

Trombone & Piano & Vocals: Charles P. Sycamore, Spain, plays the piano like on the old records, is a passionate singer and member of the band "Oldfish Jazzband" and "Goodnight Circus" as well as "TikTok"

Vocals, Guitar, Bass: Mike Ellison, USA, straight from New York he brings an amazing raspy powerful voice and always convinces with his soulful interpretations. Member and Songwriter at "TikTok".

Double Bass, Vocals: Flocko Motion, Germany, the backbone of the rhythm section and veteran in the Berlin Swing Scene. Former member of "Haferflocken Swingers" and touring a lot with his band "Skazka Orchestra"

Banjo, Vocals: Founding member of the Dizzybirds and guitar player in the Jazz Manouche band "ShoeSwing Stringers". Since the band Dizzybirds he swaps his guitar more and more for this weird instrument called Banjo.
